Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi Chef de Partie (CDP) at VYANNJAN located in Hyderabad. The Sushi CDP will be responsible for preparing and presenting sushi dishes to the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety guidelines, and collaborating with the kitchen team to create new sushi recipes. The role also involves managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. QualificationsExperience in Sushi preparation and presentation, Knife skills Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent team collaboration and communication skills Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
