Design and Development: Responsible for end-to-end design and development of the parent ServiceNow portal and subportals, ensuring implementation in a non-production environment.2. UI/UX Design: The portal must feature an intuitive and accessible user interface and experience, optimized for both desktop browsers and mobile devices3. ServiceNow Process Orchestration: All process orchestration must be implemented within ServiceNow, utilizing existing licenses the client has.4. Functional prototype: The delivered POC must include universal ticketing functionality and AI-driven capabilities tailored to employee-initiated service requests and questions.Key technical areas Include: • An parent portal homepage• Department portals (as sub-portals) and their UI pages• Approvals page that lists all the approvals pending and completed• Employee Center / Employee Center Pro• Universal Ticketing across departments• Dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to visualise data related to selected data points that will support the proof of value of the product• Now Assist AI — sourcing answers from native knowledge bases, SharePoint and external sources• Process orchestration for selected services• Fulfiller workspaces, dashboards and reporting• Mobile-ready and accessible from non-corporate devices• SharePoint integration ( 1Apr- 31Aug)
