The BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing Revit Families, Building Information Models, creating detailed construction drawings, and ensuring coordination between multiple disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP). The BIM Engineer will also be involved in clash detection, compliance with international codes and standards, and providing precise cost analysis to support construction processes.QualificationsParametric family creation in RevitProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniquesExperience in creating construction drawings and modelsKnowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systemsFamiliarity with Architecture and Civil Engineering principlesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environmentUnderstanding of international codes and standards is a plus
