Our team manages the entire business flow to drive efficiency and sustainable growth.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack web developmentStrong skills in ReactJS, including hooks and state managementPractical experience with NextJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSSGood understanding of integrating and consuming REST APIs (SOAP experience is a plus)Familiarity with MongoDB and server-side rendering conceptsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsBonus: Experience with unit testing (Jest), GitHub Actions, or custom automation scriptsWhat You'll DoDevelop and maintain responsive, high-performance ReactJS/NextJS applicationsBuild and enhance component-based UI systems using TypeScript and Tailwind CSSWork with APIs to integrate data from various sources (MongoDB, REST, SOAP)Collaborate closely with senior engineers, designers, and product managersFollow and contribute to frontend best practices and performance optimizationsSupport light WordPress content updates and minor edits when neededIdentify opportunities to automate or streamline workflowsParticipate in code reviews, learn from peers, and continuously improve your craft
