Your day-to-day will involve: Designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend services and RESTful APIs usingNode.jsandExpress.js . Managing and optimizing database schemas and queries, primarily withMongoDB . Collaborating closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Building and maintaining responsive front-end components usingReact.js . Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews. Debugging and resolving complex technical issues across the full stack. Working with modern DevOps tools, including containerization withDockerand deployment on cloud platforms likeAWS .What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Experience:A minimum of3 yearsof professional experience in full-stack software development. Strong Backend Skills:Proven expertise in backend development usingNode.jsand theExpress.jsframework. Database Proficiency:Solid experience with NoSQL databases, particularlyMongoDB , including data modeling and performance tuning. Front-End Knowledge:Proficiency inReact.jsfor building modern user interfaces. Core Fundamentals:Strong grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), data structures, algorithms, and software development principles. API Development:Demonstrable experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and debugging skills with a keen eye for detail. Collaboration:Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative team environment.Bonus Points (Nice to Have) Experience withPython , especially in the context of AI/ML integration. Familiarity with cloud services ( AWS Lambda ) and containerization ( Docker ). Knowledge ofNext.js ,Tailwind CSS , or other modern front-end technologies.
