Our team of professionals has extensive experience in civil and electrical work functions, including Estimation, Design, Planning and Scheduling, Project management, Contract, Quality, Operations and Maintenance management.Skills and Responsibilities: · Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and control methodologies across all trades. · Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and regulatory standards throughout project execution. ·Oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning programs, ensuring effective delivery by contractors and consultants. ·Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions. ·Prepare and manage project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs, and methodologies. ·Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and compliance reports. ·Lead QA teams, providing supervision, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. ·Coordinate with suppliers and customers to improve material and service quality. ·Issue monthly Quality Control (QC) reports and ensure timely communication of project quality performance. · Ensure defect rectification within the Defects Liability period and manage handover documentation including O&M manuals, warranties, and spares.Requirements and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. · 8–10 years of professional experience in QA/QC within the construction industry. ·In-depth knowledge of construction codes, practices, and quality standards. ·Proven leadership in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously. ·Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
