Job Title: Electrical Engineer Trainer Location: Remote Job Type: Part-timeJob Summary: We are seeking an experiencedElectrical Engineer Trainerto deliver high-quality training programs in industrial automation and electrical systems. The trainer will be responsible for upskilling professionals and teams in electrical engineeringfundamentals, automation systems, equipment reliability, and regulatory complianceacross multiple industries.Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training modules onPLC programming, HMI design, and servo motor control . Provide hands-on training onelectrical system design, troubleshooting, and fault diagnostics . Conduct sessions ondrives, control panels, power distribution, and automation systems . Guide trainees inequipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance . Train onregulatory and industry standardsrelevant to medical devices, automotive, and aerospace sectors. Support trainees withcase studies, simulations, and real-time problem-solving . Develop training materials, assessments, and practical workshops. Stay updated with emergingelectrical engineering and automation technologies .Key Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise inPLC, HMI, servo motors, and drive systems . Knowledge ofsystem design, control panels, and power distribution . Experience inequipment reliability engineering and preventive maintenance . Familiarity withsafety regulations, compliance standards, and industry codes . Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication, mentoring, and presentation abilities.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma inElectrical/Electronics Engineeringor related field. 10+ years of experiencein electrical engineering, automation, or system integration. Hands-on experience inmedical devices, automotive, or aerospace industriesis preferred. Priortraining or mentoring experiencewill be an added advantage.
