We are seeking leaders driven by our purpose - to help customers accelerate digital transformations and build the next generation software and services organization.About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinkingSenior GenAI & Agentic AI Specialistto lead the development, deployment, and optimization of intelligent systems that leverageGenerative AIandAgentic AIarchitectures. You will be instrumental in building AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, task decomposition, and multi-modal interactions across various enterprise or consumer-facing applications. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Architect, prototype, and deployagentic AI systemscapable of reasoning, planning, memory, and self-refinement. Fine-tune and deployLLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral)for specific tasks like text, image, or code generation. Integratemulti-modal models(e.g., vision-language, speech-text) for richer agent interactions. Autonomy & Task Execution: Build AI agents that can independently plan, execute, and monitor workflows across tools and platforms (e.g., APIs, browsers, CLIs). Develop agent memory, reflection, and context-awareness mechanisms. Tooling & Frameworks: Work with and contribute to agent frameworks likeLangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, MetaGPT, OpenAgents , or custom-built systems. Optimize model performance, latency, and cost using techniques likeLoRA, RAG, distillation, and quantization . Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to co-develop AI-first features and applications. Mentor junior AI engineers and help guide technical direction. Ethics & Safety: Implement alignment, safety, and guardrail mechanisms to ensure responsible agentic behavior. Stay updated with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI deployment. Requirements: Must-Have Skills: Strong foundation inmachine learning, deep learning, NLP , and modern LLM architectures. Hands-on experience withtransformers ,RAG pipelines ,prompt engineering , andchain-of-thought reasoning . Demonstrated ability to build or integrateagent frameworksfor automation and intelligent task handling. Proficiency inPython ,PyTorch ,Hugging Face Transformers , and agent libraries like LangChain or CrewAI. Deep understanding ofvector databases ,retrieval systems , and context enrichment strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience inmulti-agent systems ,reinforcement learning , orhierarchical planning . Familiarity withorchestration tools(e.g., Prefect, Airflow, Ray) for large-scale agent deployment. Knowledge ofobservabilityandagent monitoringtools.
