We help teachers and school leaders diagnose student learning gaps, design personalized homework and revision loops, and create actionable insights for academic, behavioral, and emotional growth. Our mission is to empower every teacher and ensure no child is invisible in the classroom.The Role As part of the Founding Academic Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping Adaptmate’s pedagogy, assessments, and teacher-support ecosystem. This is not a regular academic role – you will be part researcher, part product-builder, and part educator. This role is designed as an internship-cum-full-time opportunity, allowing candidates to start with projects and grow into core leadership roles. Compensation will vary (paid or unpaid internship, salary for full-time), with ESOPs offered based on commitment, duration, and quality of contribution.Responsibilities Build and review learning gap assessments, lesson plans, and adaptive content aligned with CBSE/ICSE/IB curricula Work closely with teachers during pilots and training sessions to ensure our product meets real classroom needs Translate pedagogy into structures that our AI systems can use – tagging content, mapping outcomes, and refining diagnostic models Study cognitive science, Bloom’s taxonomy, and NEP 2020 frameworks to evolve our diagnostic ecosystem Assist in onboarding schools, running workshops, and gathering classroom feedback to improve the platformWhat We’re Looking For Strong grounding in education, pedagogy, or cognitive science (students, fresh grads, or experienced teachers welcome) Passion for rethinking learning outcomes and solving real classroom problems Ability to work in an unstructured, high-growth startup environment – self-driven, resourceful, and creative Comfort with technology and AI-driven tools (training will be provided) Willingness to commit time and energy for at least 6–12 months, with the option to transition into a core full-time roleWhat You’ll Get Direct mentorship from the founding team Opportunity to shape the DNA of a high-impact EdTech startup ESOPs to share long-term value creation Exposure to real classrooms and national-level pilots A chance to become a core founding member driving large-scale educational changeHow to Apply Send your CV and a short note on why you want to join Adaptmate atsameer@, loveleen.sharma@ & animesh.bharti@
