*Please go through the JD before sharing your application*Designation: Programme Associate Department: MDPWe are looking for a competent Associate to undertake a variety of data related tasks like – maintaining department level data and ensuring accurate reporting, ensuring data integrity to support decision making process. Additionally, the role includes program management and program execution tasks. Key responsibilities will be –Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. Data Governance: Ensure data quality standards by ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. Execution of assigned customer, partner & open programsEnsure implementation of defined processes for the programAssist with improvement of processes for the departmentAccurate maintenance of database for customers and prospectsAssist with calling leads of open programs if requiredEnsure technology is adopted and used correctly for all operations for increased effectivenessPlan and order study material, case studies, simulations etc as per the requirement of the programProcurement of stationery and other operational necessities for the department.Accurate data management & documentation for all executed programsSupport sales & marketing activities of the department as requiredProvide regular feedback & updates on ongoing programs to the executive education team as requiredEducation: Graduates and Postgraduates in any discipline. (Education in business administration preferred)Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of work experience in other academic institutes or EdtechKnowledge of executive education business and operational processes.Experience of working with faculty, vendors and corporate clients.Capabilities require
