Project Manager

OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within scope while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will serve as the central point of communication, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, operations, and business teams while proactively managing risks, timelines, and deliverables.The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. This role requires availability during US working hours (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM PST) to align with distributed teams and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through delivery and closure.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, QA, operations, and external partners.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when necessary and propose actionable solutions.Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, status reports, and performance metrics.Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives as needed.Ensure clear documentation of requirements, decisions, and project artifacts throughout the lifecycle.Drive accountability across teams while fostering collaboration and alignment toward shared objectives.Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) to track progress and manage workflows.Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending optimizations.Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance frameworks, and quality benchmarks.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in project management or program management roles.Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.Experience working with distributed or remote teams across time zones.Background in technology-driven environments (software development, SaaS, or digital products).Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and sprint-based delivery models.Experience working with clients or external stakeholders in a consulting or agency setting.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into executable plans.Work ScheduleMust be available to work during US business hours: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (US Time)Flexible scheduling outside core hours may be required depending on project needs and stakeholder coordination.Performance MetricsOn-time delivery rate of projects and milestones.Accuracy and adherence to project timelines and budgets.Stakeholder satisfaction and feedback.Effectiveness in risk identification and mitigation.Quality and clarity of project documentation and reporting.Team coordination efficiency and issue resolution turnaround time.Cross-Functional InteractionEngineering / Development Teams: Coordinate technical execution and delivery timelines.Product Management: Align on requirements, priorities, and roadmap execution.Design & UX Teams: Ensure deliverables meet usability and design standards.QA / Testing Teams: Oversee validation processes and quality assurance cycles.Operations & Business Teams: Align on business objectives, dependencies, and outcomes.External Clients / Vendors: Manage expectations, deliverables, and communication where applicable.Please read before applyingThis posting is part of the Talent Network, and is not a single, guaranteed position at one specific company.By applying, you:Join our candidate network for current and future opportunities with our hiring partners.
