Assistant Manager

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Linux Administrator with strong Ansible automation experience to manage and support enterprise-grade infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Linux system administration, automation, and exposure to HPC/AI environments with GPU-based infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems.Design and maintain automation using Ansible Playbooks and Ansible Tower/AWX.Administer and support HPC and AI platforms with GPU-based infrastructure.Manage and maintain tools such as Nvidia BCM and SLURM scheduler.Perform system performance tuning, patching, and security hardening.Monitor infrastructure and ensure high availability and reliability.Troubleshoot complex system-level and application-level issues.Required SkillsStrong experience in Linux OS administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).Strong hands-on experience with Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, Tower/AWX).Good scripting knowledge (Shell scripting; Python exposure preferred).Experience in managing GPU-based infrastructure and HPC environments.Hands-on experience with:Nvidia BCMSLURM SchedulerStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills.Good to Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory)Experience with ELK log management stack.Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Experience deploying and managing tools such as:JenkinsGitSonarQubeBugzillaHarbor RegistrySoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and documentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Ownership mindset with proactive issue resolution.
