Language Specialist - AI Training & Evaluation We're seeking skilled language experts to enhance large language models (LLMs). Your role will be to evaluate prompts, rate AI outputs, and create high-quality content to refine AI performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of written and spoken language, excellent grammar and stylistic skills, and experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation. They should also have an analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle linguistic issues. In this role, you'll work closely with linguists, data annotators, and AI researchers to develop, edit, and curate high-quality training datasets across diverse domains. You'll also ensure cultural and linguistic nuances are represented in model training. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate AI-generated outputs for linguistic accuracy and coherence. Provide structured feedback on AI responses, identifying errors and biases. Develop, edit, and curate high-quality training datasets across diverse domains. Qualifications: Master's degree in Linguistics, Language Studies, Translation, or related field. Strong command of written and spoken language with excellent grammar and stylistic skills.
