Optimization Professional

We are building advanced AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. Our optimization pipelines power critical customer operations, and we're looking for professionals who can turn complex challenges into elegant mathematical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy optimization models (LP, MIP, heuristics, constraint programming) for complex real-world problems. Build scalable optimization pipelines with Gurobi (or similar solvers) and Python. Work closely with customers to define problems, gather requirements, and deliver impactful solutions. Communicate findings and model outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay current with research in operations research and optimization methods. Required Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in optimization, operations research, or applied data science. Strong experience with Gurobi (preferred), CPLEX, or OR-Tools. Solid mathematical foundation in optimization and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers directly. Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Operations Research, Industrial Eng, Applied Math, or related field.
