We are a fast-growing London-based RegTech startup seeking our first Product Leader to own the end-to-end product charter for our flagship ComplyLensRisk AssessmentPlatform . This is a high-impact role for a young and energetic individual who wants to shape the future of compliance technology and work with clients globally.About the Role This is an opportunity to be a key member of our leadership team, reporting directly to the Founder. We are a small and hands-on team, and there areno direct reports to this roleinitially, so a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved is essential.You will be responsible for: ·Product Strategy:Shaping the vision and roadmap for the ComplyLens platform, working closely with the founder, leadership team, and development. You will define a product that not only meets regulatory requirements but also solves real-world compliance challenges for our clients. ·End-to-End Ownership:From ideation and user research to a go-to-market strategy and driving adoption, you will own the entire product lifecycle. ·Development & Collaboration:Working closely with our talented engineering team, you will translate the product strategy into a tangible, high-quality, and scalable platform. ·Market-Facing Leadership:Becoming a subject matter expert and the face of the product, engaging with key clients and prospects to understand their needs and showcase the platform's value.Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking aproactive and energeticindividual with a "get it done" attitude. You should be comfortable with a high degree of ownership and a focus on driving results.Required Skills & Experience: ·Product Leadership:Experience in an end-to-end product management role, ideally within a SaaS or FinTech environment. ·Fast Learner:The ability and willingness to quickly get up to speed on complex topics, methodologies, and technical concepts is essential. ·Action Bias:A demonstrated "get it done" attitude, with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.Highly Desired Skills & Knowledge: ·Regulatory Knowledge:An understanding of financial regulations such as the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), Money Laundering Regulations (MLR), or Fraud Regulations. ·RCSA Expertise:Familiarity with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) methodology, or the ability to quickly learn how firms use this for risk management. ·Capital Markets Knowledge:Understanding of Capital Markets, including how financial instruments are traded, and the various market participants.Why ComplyLens?
