This is a full-time, remote opportunity for candidates with a background in Law or Human Resource Management. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and people management skills, along with a passion for HR compliance and legal education. Key Requirements Graduate in Law or Human Resource Management (or both) Strong interest or prior experience in HR/legal compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage virtual sessions and engage effectively with learners Prior experience in HR policies, labour law compliance, employee relations, or employment law will be an advantage Responsibilities Coordinate and manage live classes and interactive sessions Provide ongoing learner support throughout the course duration Assist in creating, reviewing, and curating course content with legal/HR experts Ensure timely execution and smooth delivery of course modules Communicate proactively with learners to resolve queries, offer guidance, and enhance learning outcomes Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (take-home) Remote work with a 5-day working week Opportunity to work closely with leading HR and legal professionals Exposure to cutting-edge HR compliance and labour law practicesIf you have prior experience with labour laws, employee contracts, workplace policies, industrial disputes, or HR compliance frameworks, please highlight it in your application
