Position Overview: As the Webinar Specialist, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of webinars to engage our audience, promote our products, and support lead generation. Webinar Strategy & Execution: Develop a comprehensive webinar plan that aligns with ComplianceQuest's marketing and sales objectives. Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging webinar topics. Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content. Oversee the webinar lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups. Manage the technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting. Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery. Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align webinar themes with campaigns and goals. Collaborate with product marketing team to develop webinars that highlight key features and value propositions. 3. Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content to maximize webinar attendance. Leverage analytics tools to track and optimize promotional efforts. 4. Reporting & Optimization: Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure webinar success. Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders. Continuously improve webinar content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights.Qualifications and Skills: 2+ years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing. Strong organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with webinar platforms (ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Ability to work in US time Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing webinar performance metrics.
