Job Description- Solution Consultant – Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) Position Overview We are currently looking for a Solution Consultant to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for our clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). This position is remote but will involve business travel. As a Solution Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). You’ll play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments. You'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Senior Solution Consultant to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.Your Contribution: • Work directly with our clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with the project teams to configure solutions accordingly. • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to the customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s). • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices. • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback. •Support data management and data integration-related activities. • Any other reasonable project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.Required Qualifications Relevant experience from 1 to 5 years is required Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record. Certification Solution Consultant level 1 is a must. Anything above is a plus Capability to develop RapidResponse(Maestro) resources to provide or support the expected functionalities. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writingPreferred Skills: • Detailed-oriented and self-directed. • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations. • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP (or similar ones) are an asset.
