Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled OneSignal CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) Expert with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing and automation. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimize cross-channel customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end strategy and execution of CLM programs in OneSignal (push, in-app, SMS, and email). Build and manage advanced audience segmentation and personalized messaging strategies. Develop automated lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns. Partner with product, growth, and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and business objectives. Track key performance metrics (CTR, conversions, churn, LTV) and apply insights to improve campaign results. Stay current with OneSignal best practices and contribute ideas to enhance our lifecycle marketing stack.Requirements3+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing, with direct expertise in OneSignal. Strong understanding of customer journey design, segmentation, and event-based triggers. Proven ability to execute A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance data. Analytical and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
