This role is integral to our mission; every conversation you have shapes the customer’s perception of our brand and helps build lasting relationships.Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot basic technical or account-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Follow communication guidelines, processes, and policies to ensure consistent service quality. Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to team performance goals, including response time, resolution time, and satisfaction scores.Qualifications Education : High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field. Skills : Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, chat tools). Experience : 0–2 years of customer service or related experience (fresh graduates welcome). Prior exposure to client-facing roles is a plus but not required.
