Performance Test Lead

We're looking for Performance QA’s with good hands-on experience in JMeter for our India Team.Job Title: Performance Test Lead / Lead Performance QAQualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience Requirements: Minimum 7+ yearstotal experience in performance testing and quality assurance (must have) Minimum 3+ yearsproven leadership experience managing QA teams and projects (must have) Minimum 4+ yearshands-on experience with JMeter (must have) Minimum 2+ yearsof experience in JavaScript programming (must have) Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in JMeter scripting, parameterization, and complex test scenario design Extensive hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing sophisticated JMeter scripts for diverse applications and enterprise environments Deep expertise in performance monitoring and diagnostics using tools such as AppDynamics, DataDog, and other APM solutions Strong programming skills in JavaScript for test automation and custom scripting Experience with performance testing frameworks and methodologies beyond JMeter Leadership & Management: Proven track record of leading and mentoring performance testing teams Experience in establishing performance testing standards, processes, and best practices Ability to architect and oversee end-to-end performance testing strategies across multiple concurrent projects Strong project management skills with experience in resource allocation and timeline management Process & Methodology: Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with the ability to guide team adoption Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and product managers Experience in performance test planning, execution, and results analysis for enterprise-scale applications Additional Qualifications: Experience with AI tools in testing or performance analysis is highly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels Flexibility to work non-standard hours based on business requirements and project demands Experience with cloud-based performance testing and modern application architectures preferredYou can find more about us here - About Our HRMS Systems For Public Sector | NEOGOV NGV Software India | NEOGOV
