They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence and support our Sales team. Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingIdentifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risksDesigning, implementing, and testing controls in our Sales departmentDeveloping and testing key proceduresCreating and reviewing key risk indicatorsRegistering risk events, and managing and delivering risk incident reportsWhat you'll needA university degree in a relevant area2+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial servicesPrevious examples of practically interpreting and organising complex dataA solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport)Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skillsAn organised and methodological approachExcellent interpersonal skillsNice to haveExperience in quality control in salesExperience managing risk exposure related to selling financial products
