Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment services, encompassing: Sourcing top-tier candidates for various positions. Evaluating and assessing candidate qualifications. Coordinating interviews, background checks, and other selection processes. To ensure the highest standards of quality, the contractor must guarantee that all selected candidates meet licensing and compliance requirements in their destination country. Furthermore, they will source, evaluate, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, develop job descriptions, conduct phone and video interviews, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, schedule meetings with hiring managers, verify adherence to healthcare regulations, manage applicant tracking systems, extend offers, facilitate onboarding processes, and remain up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and labor market conditions. This role also involves making proactive outreach efforts to clients and job seekers, maintaining open communication with clients to understand their staffing needs, creating detailed job descriptions, discussing candidate requirements, aligning expectations, addressing client concerns or issues, managing databases, organizing records of recruitment activities, coordinating meetings and key events, scheduling interviews, providing timely updates regarding interview results and feedback, and preparing documentation for employee contracts and job offers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, exhibit problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and knowledge of HR and recruitment laws, including labor laws, compliance, healthcare, and industry regulations.
