Senior Technical Recruiter We are seeking a seasoned technical recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles across engineering, product, and technology. Their key responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and thoughtful hiring experience. Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand business requirements and role expectations Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure for technical positions Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using multiple channels including professional networks and social media Evaluate candidates for technical and cultural alignment through structured screening and evaluation Manage pipelines efficiently and communicate with stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience Track recruitment metrics and market trends to inform data-driven decisions You possess 5–8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience preferably in startups or fast-scaling tech environments Demonstrated expertise in hiring for software engineers engineering managers data scientists and similar roles Proven sourcing and market-mapping capabilities especially within niche tech ecosystems Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills Able to work in a fast-paced agile environment with multiple priorities Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our hiring process.
