This dual expertise development position involves lead generation, client outreach, and digital marketing support in the business development track (60%). In the HR & recruitment track (40%), you will support global recruitment processes, craft compelling job descriptions, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Track Lead generation and client outreach for US market. Support business proposals and presentations. Digital marketing support (SEM, SMO, SEO). CRM management and market research. HR & Recruitment Track Support global recruitment processes with focus on US and India markets. Craft compelling job descriptions that attract international talent. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews. Maintain recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines. Essential Requirements Must work USA CST hours (8 PM IST - 2:30 AM IST). Exceptional English communication skills - customer-facing role requirement. Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, HR, or related). Go-getter mentality with proven lead generation abilities. Pleasing personality suitable for client interactions. Strong internet connection and dedicated workspace. Self-motivated and independent worker.
