Main Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, ensure accuracy, and meet deadlines. Audit, control, and compliance for all legal entities are under your responsibility. You'll handle monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc. Maintain accurate monthly MIS & Reportings. Budgetary planning & controls are crucial. Cash Flow & Banking system management includes Bank payments. Coordinate multiple teams & stakeholders efficiently. Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements of the Group. Lead Team Management and development. Collaborate on Process excellence, ERP & Automations. Required Skills and Qualifications: A qualified Chartered Accountant with 9-12 years of experience post qualification, preferably in a corporate environment with global exposure. Experience in start-ups achieving scale is beneficial, especially in technology-enabled spaces. Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams effectively. You should have worked alongside Big 4 audit firms for closing books of accounts/statutory audits. Excellent working skills of MS – office (word, excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ERP environment (specifically SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) and automation processes will be an added advantage.
