Access Control Specialist

IAM Analyst Job Overview As an experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's access management systems. This includes reviewing evidence for applications onboarded to our system, identifying inconsistencies, and communicating with application teams when issues are identified. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IAM concepts, data analysis skills, and experience with query languages such as SQL and PowerShell. They will also possess excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner. Key Responsibilities: Duty-bound to review and analyze evidence for applications onboarding to our system Identify inconsistencies between user access listings and C&A evidence provided Communicate effectively with application teams to resolve issues Confirm entitlement descriptions for each application reviewed Required Skills and Qualifications Data Analysis and Validation: Proficient in using Excel, VLOOKUP's, and macros to analyze and validate data Query Language Interpretation: Ability to interpret and digest query language (SQL, PowerShell) to identify inconsistencies or exclusions Documentation: Excellent documentation skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely System Infrastructure Familiarity: Familiarity with system infrastructure such as AD and Azure The successful candidate will have a strong background in IAM, data analysis, and query language interpretation, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
