Job Title: Garage Allocations Associate Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Garage Allocations Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless bookings and minimizing customer cancellations. Key responsibilities include: Assigning customer bookings to garages within our network. Communicating with customers to reschedule bookings and minimize cancellations. Frequently checking garage availability to support customer bookings. Providing customers with updates on their bookings. Flagging issues with garages to our Account Management team. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or operations in a fast-paced environment. They will be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. High level of organizational and time management skills.
