Chief Partnership Development Officer

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our partnership development and management efforts in India. This role requires identifying, initiating, and formalizing partnerships with Indian colleges and universities that foster collaborative learning environments. Main Responsibilities: Negotiate Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and articulation agreements for student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities that promote academic mobility. Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders through regular communication and strategic planning. Design progression pathways and credit transfer models with university academic teams to ensure seamless student transitions. Align partnerships with institutional goals, ensuring academic quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal and external teams to map curriculum compatibility and student eligibility, streamlining the recruitment process. Lead end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. Track project timelines, performance indicators, and deliverables using data-driven insights. Requirements: Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships, international relations and cross-cultural engagement. Strong understanding of the Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends, including market analysis and competitor research. Proven experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs that demonstrate a track record of success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage multiple partnerships, and deliver results-oriented outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
