Financial Transaction Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, verifying, and applying payments for a portfolio of accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Financial Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for: Assisting sales partners and customers in making payment arrangements. Communicating with varied audiences regarding discrepancies in charges, payments, credits, or balances. Monitoring and maintaining payment schedules when notified of changed orders. Responding to customer and field requests to obtain payment and payment methods. Regular review of unallocated payments, credits, and debits. Completing account reconciliations. Submitting and following up on payment moves, credits, refunds within assigned accounts. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Prior knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ billing preferred; basic skills in Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Excel. A proven skillset in basic math. College experience preferred with a focus on accounting or business administration; commensurate work experience considered. 3 years' account management or payment processing verification application experience.
