Recruit, train, and manage live-streaming agencies & streamers, focusing on market trends and competitor analysis; Handle agency and streamer affairs with quick problem-solving skills and effective communication; Identify and maintain relationships with high-value customers and influencers; Provide regular reports and ensure efficient teamwork and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development, specifically in the audio live-streaming industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. A bachelor's degree or above is required, along with proficiency in Hindi, good English command for working language, Excel skills, and a strong background in headhunting, negotiation, and result-oriented leadership.
