The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional and technical knowledge of payroll for US and Canada regions, with a strong background in implementing Payroll elements set ups/configurations and troubleshooting. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects. Provide expert-level guidance on payroll processes, configurations, and troubleshooting. Analyze and resolve complex issues related to payroll processing and compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in functional and technical knowledge of payroll for US and Canada regions. Proven track record of successfully implementing Payroll elements set ups/configurations and troubleshooting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and payroll area.
