Position:Workday Candidate Engagement Module Implementation Specialist Job Type:Full-time Experience:4-6 years of relevant experience Location:RemoteWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Workday Candidate Engagement Module. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience implementing Workday Candidate Engagement, ensuring that recruiting processes are streamlined, compliant, and provide an exceptional candidate experience. This role partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders to configure, test, deploy, and optimize the module.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle implementation of the Workday Candidate Engagement Module (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization). Gather and document business requirements from Talent Acquisition, HR, and other stakeholders. Configure candidate experience features, including career site, candidate relationship management, campaign management, personalized candidate communications, and event management. Ensure seamless integration with Workday Recruiting, HCM, and third-party systems (e.g., assessment tools, background checks, analytics platforms). Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing). Create and maintain user training materials and documentation; deliver training sessions to Talent Acquisition teams. Support change management and adoption activities to ensure smooth rollout and high user engagement. Provide post-go-live support and continuous optimization based on business needs and feedback. Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements. Ensure compliance with data privacy, GDPR, and hiring regulations across regions.Required QualificationsMandatory: Proven, hands-on experience implementing Workday Candidate Engagement Module (not just usage, but full implementation ownership). Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices. Proficiency in configuring Workday Recruiting and Candidate Engagement functionalities (campaigns, events, career sites, communications). Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (HR, TA, IT, Hiring Managers). Strong project management skills: ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills.Preferred / Nice-to-HaveWorkday Candidate Engagement Certification. Broader experience in Workday HCM and Recruiting modules. Experience in multi-country/global implementations. Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Background in change management and user adoption strategies.
