Vendor Management Implementation Specialist

Job Title: VMS (Vendor Management Implementation Specialist)- (Coupa, Workday, SAP) Job Location: 100% remote Work hours : 8 hours per day – 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm with 1 hr. of break Duration 6 months 5-7 years of experience requiredKey Responsibilities • Work along with theCoupa VMS (Vendor Management System)implementation team finalizing the scope, performingFUT, SIT, coordinating UAT, driving the cutover/go-live • Work with the team to integrateCoupa VMS with Workday, Targetprocess and Apptio • Cross-check contractor data acrossWorkday, Coupa, SAP, and other internal databases to ensure consistency. • Communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g.,procurement, legal, finance) and external vendors to clarify and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain accurate records and documentation ofSoW validations and data checks. • Support audits and reporting by providing clean,validated data as needed. • Proactively identify data quality issues and recommend process improvements. • Manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.Required Qualifications • Experience working with enterprise systems such asWorkday, Coupa, and SAP. • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy indata validation and documentation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diversestakeholders/hiring managers. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • StrongProficiency in Microsoft Excel • Proficiency inPower BI • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications • Experience invendor management, procurement, or contract administration. • Experience withVMS tools. • Familiarity withSoW structures and contract lifecycle management. • Knowledge ofcompliance and audit requirementsrelated to contingent workforce management.
