You thrive in organized chaos. You have a "get it done" mentality. You're proactive, resourceful, and don't wait for instructions. You can think at 30,000 feet (strategy) and then dive down to 3 feet (execution) without missing a beat. You are a master communicator, capable of earning trust and influencing peers, direct reports, and leadership. Ambiguity energizes you. You see a blank whiteboard as an opportunity, not a threat.Experience & Skills 4–6 years’ experience in strategic projects or P&L management. Exposure to leading teams and cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical and business acumen with a growth mindset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver without constant oversight Digital-first approach with ability to drive transformation. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
