The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing FSC features to meet business needs in wealth management, banking, and financial services. This is aremote opportunityfor immediate joiners only.Key Responsibilities Implement and configureSalesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)to support financial services business processes. Customize and extend FSC functionality usingApex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder . Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into FSC solutions. Configureclient data models, financial accounts, households, and relationship mappingwithin FSC. Integrate FSC with core banking, CRM, and third-party applications viaAPIs and middleware . Ensure compliance withdata security, privacy, and regulatory standards . Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution for FSC implementations.Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ yearsof Salesforce experience with3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud . Strong knowledge ofFSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle, and relationship management . Proficiency inApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and automation tools . Experience withSalesforce integrations(REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.). Solid understanding ofSalesforce security models, profiles, and sharing rules . Salesforce FSC Certificationor Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant Certification preferred. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Immediate availability(mandatory).Nice to Have Experience withWealth Management, Insurance, or Banking domain processes . Knowledge ofSalesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) . Exposure toAgile/Scrum delivery environments .
