Research audiences, analyze competitors, and uncover growth opportunities. Optimize campaigns daily — from bids and budgets to creatives and targeting. Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and deliver insights. Test new ideas, creatives, and strategies in collaboration with the team. Stay on top of industry trends, new ad formats, and Google platform updates.What We’re Looking For1+ year of hands-on experiencerunning Google Ads campaigns. Must-have : Solid understanding of Google Ads forD2C brands . Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action. Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
