We are dedicated to establishing a performance-driven and employee-centric organizational culture.Role Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in Performance Management and Rewards & Recognition to lead pivotal people strategies, foster employee engagement, and oversee core HR functions in alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities -Design and manage performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms. -Develop and execute impactful rewards and recognition (R&R) programs. -Collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives. -Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies. -Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation. -Analyze HR data to enhance processes, retention rates, and employee engagement. -Mentor and manage the HR team, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.Requirements -8-12 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management and R&R. -Familiarity with Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations. -Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (JobDiva is preferred). -Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Benefits -Competitive compensation -Leadership role in a growing global organization -Dynamic and collaborative work cultureFlexton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
