Project Costing Executive

Job Purpose: Manage costing for large, complex projects by interpreting architectural drawings, estimating costs, conducting rate analysis, and preparing Bills of Material. Track pricing for Gyproc and non-Gyproc components and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project profitability.Key Responsibilities: Interpret drawings and prepare detailed cost estimations Use Revit/AutoCAD for planning and estimation Liaise with vendors, analyze costs, and manage procurement inquiries Visit sites to understand challenges and validate costs Track project progress and maintain updated pricing Document best practices and ensure compliance with tax and company policiesSkills & Experience: 3-5 years experience in project costing/estimation (construction preferred) Proficient in MS Excel, Revit, AutoCAD Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently BE in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or equivalent; MBA preferred Willingness to travel as neededSaint-Gobain Values: Integrity, customer focus, innovation, and teamwork are core to our culture.
