About the role: As a Product Operations Sr. Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our products move from concept to customer. Beyond managing the internal product activation process, ensuring availability, and overseeing backend product creation and mapping, you’ll be a builder of scalable processes in a fast-growing environment. This role is highly cross-functional — you’ll collaborate with category managers, product managers, and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth product launches and continuous operational excellence. In a startup setting, that means wearing multiple hats: identifying inefficiencies, experimenting with new solutions, and helping define best practices that will set the foundation for long-term growth. You will also have the opportunity to dive deep into data, streamline product information, and enhance stock visibility to maximize performance across key markets. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution will directly influence our growth trajectory and customer experience. What you will do: Internal Product Activation: Manage the end-to-end process of internal product activation, sourcing via MCP businesses to ensure product availability aligns with category manager selection strategies. Product Ops Management: Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of PRDs (backend merchandising SKUs) as the internal merchandising layer to ensure product data is mapped and ready for merchandising. Stock and Availability Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and stock levels align with merchandising goals, supporting both B2B and B2C channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the point of contact between category managers, business product management teams, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth product setup and alignment with demand.Process Improvement: Seek ways to continuously improve and streamline operational processes to ensure faster value delivery to customers, with an emphasis on reliability and minimizing errors in product setup. Incident Management: Proactively identify and resolve potential setup issues, ensuring a minimum 98% first-time-right rate for test orders, and document and run retrospectives for incidents related to product reliability. Your Qualifications: 3-7 years of experience in product operations, SKU management, or eCommerce merchandising. Proven success working with internal tools like MCP tools and fulfillment platforms. Strong experience in managing product data, stock availability, and internal product activation processes. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as category managers, product managers, and fulfillment teams. Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in marketplace dashboards and BI tools. Experience in handling product data and ensuring seamless merchandising processes. Familiarity with printing technologies and custom print product offerings. Nice to have: Experience in launching and managing new product categories in both B2B and B2C environments. Amazon Seller Central Experience Exposure to process improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies. Experience with incident management processes and driving product reliability improvements.
