Job Title: Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) expertise Job Duration: 4+ months Location – Remote job in India (Covering China Time and US overlap time till US noon PDT) Work schedule: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM IST and 9 PM - 12 AM IST, covering China and US time zones Daily Hours – 8 hours Experience: 4-8 years preferred, but open to 10-15 years if candidate aligns with role expectations Focus on sourcing candidates with strong BYESP functional expertise and adequate technical knowledge Ensure candidates understand the split work schedule requirementPrimary responsibilities Role requires strong Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) expertise with both functional and technical skills70% project/enhancement work, 30% support; candidate must work independently on projects Technical skills needed:PL/SQL and shell scriptingcomprehension, not necessarily writing Understandsend to end solution for (BY-ESP) Footprintincluding Source Systems process and data flows likeSAP ERP and other integration systems. Functional consultant withstrong technical knowledge Independent worker capable of leading projects Understanding of s upply chain processes and data integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Analytical and problem-solving skills Ensure all project deliverables meet organizational quality standards and are delivered on time. Collaboration withtechnical teams, Blue Yonder team, and other stakeholdersBachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (4-8 years) Hands-on experience supporting andbuilding new functionality in Blue Yonder –Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) module. At least 1 implementation experience inBlue Yonder -Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) module Understanding ofdata integrationwithSAP ERP Systems Understanding ofSupply Chain Planning processes Strong functional expertise inBlue Yonder ESP Technical understanding: ability to read and comprehendPL/SQL and shell scriptsAbility to partner effectively with cross-functional teams:Technical Analysts, Developers, Database Administrators, Middleware Analysts, Infrastructure Analysts Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Industry Background Semiconductor industry experience is preferred but not mandatory Strong understanding of supply chain concepts is essential
