Job Description: RevOps Manager (HubSpot Implementation) Location:Remote (India) Salary:₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (based on experience) Department:RevOps | MavlersAbout the Role Mavlers is building out its dedicatedRevOps team— and this is your chance to play a key role in shaping it. We’re looking for someone who knows HubSpot inside out, not just CRM basics. You’ll be responsible for setting up full-funnel RevOps systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, ensuring that HubSpot becomes a true revenue engine. This isn’t about simple installs or setups. It’s about tackling complex implementations, enabling integrations, designing lead scoring, and fixing revenue leakages so clients get the ROI they expect.What You’ll Do Leadend-to-end HubSpot implementationsacross Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. Configurelead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing . Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations. Implementintegrations with other platforms(CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses). Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages. Buildreal-time dashboardsfor attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking. Managedata governance(properties, objects, workflows) within HubSpot. Collaborate with GTM teams to roll out aholistic RevOps frameworkfor clients.What Makes You a Fit 3–6 years ofhands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementationexperience. Proven ability to managecomplex, multi-hub HubSpot setups(Marketing + CRM + CX). Skilled inlead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling . Experience withmiddleware/integration tools(Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs). Analytical mindset — you can find leaks in the funnel and back it up with data.
