Role:Business Manager - Sales (Biofertilizer) - for IRM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (part of Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd.)URL: Location: Remote 3 Vacancies:1- Botad (Gujarat) / 1- Nashik(Maharashtra) / 1- Ahmednagar (Maharashtra)Responsibilities: Promote bio-fertilizer products to farmers, agricultural institutions, and other stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share.Preferred candidate profile: B.Sc. (Agri.) preferable but not mandatory for experienced candidates in same industry. 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience gained from a similar industry. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
