Job Description:
Role Overview : Own end-to-end paid media execution and strategy across D2C and Lead Generation clients. This includes campaign planning, hands-on execution, optimization, client communication, and strategic growth planning. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Planning – Build data-driven media plans and strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Video, and Programmatic for D2C and Lead Gen objectives. Execution & Optimization – Launch, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and improve ROI. E-commerce & Funnel Strategy – Align campaigns with the marketing funnel; allocate budgets by stage and business priorities. Client Communication – Act as the primary point of contact; present plans, performance insights, and recommendations. Creative & Copy – Brief and review ad creatives/copy; ensure brand alignment and performance focus. Analytics & Reporting – Track performance via GA4, platform analytics, and custom dashboards; deliver actionable insights. Audience Targeting – Build and refine audience segments; manage bidding and budget allocation strategies. Cross-Channel Expertise – Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads; knowledge of Programmatic is a plus. Data & Tools – Strong in Excel/Sheets for data manipulation; adept at performance tracking and reporting. Key Output – Deliver measurable business growth by maximizing ROI and ROAS, reducing CAC, lowering CPL for registrations and sales, and providing strategic direction to clients. Team Guidance – Guide 1–2 team members while managing your own strategy, execution, and client deliverables.Qualifications3–5 years’ experience in paid media strategy, execution, and client-facing roles for D2C and Lead Gen. Proven track record managing campaigns end-to-end with measurable results. Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and conversion optimization. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads; GA4 reporting; Excel/Sheets. Bonus: Experience with Programmatic platforms and Amazon Ads.
