Relationship Manager

Job Title:Treasures Virtual Relationship Manager Location:Pune / Chennai Experience:2–3 years in client servicing, wealth management, or financial servicesKey Responsibilities: Acquire and manage Treasures clients via digital and remote channels Provide investment and insurance advisory in collaboration with specialists Conduct regular portfolio reviews and deepen client relationships Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery through digital tools Promote cross-sell opportunities to increase wallet share Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services or wealth management Familiarity with investment and insurance products (AMFI/IRDAI certification preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with digital tools and remote engagement Graduate degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline (MBA preferred) Fluency in English and Hindi; regional languages a plus Core Competencies: Client-focused and sales-driven mindset Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results remotely Strong teamwork and collaboration with internal stakeholders
