BRD Creation Need to put the test strategy in place along with actually conducting a UAT on behalf of sales team Work closely with IT during the development to check if the development is in line with the BRD Workflow system knowledge will be an added advantage( Policy process flow --> Policy Admin System) Application Knowledge will be an added advantage (Ingenium / Life Asia (AS400) Should have a Life insurance background and sales ops background would be an added advantage Excellent communication skills
