Job Title: Experienced Scientific Content Developer "> Develop high-quality scientific materials like slides abstracts posters manuscripts MSL/training slide decks infographics congress and meetings materials literature searches and reviews standard response letters/medical information letters HCP engagement content according to client and audience needs with excellent attention to detail. Review materials developed by scientific writers ensuring strategic alignment and scientific accuracy providing clear constructive feedback support and supervision to writers mentor and train scientific writers sharing best practices and client preferences contributing to skill development within the team. Have excellent knowledge of product/account enabling meaningful interactions with clients and authors including consultancy where necessary liaising and building maintaining strong professional relationships with international pharmaceutical clients healthcare professionals internal external stakeholders authors reviewers key opinion leaders across therapeutic areas learning to anticipate their needs educating advising clients on how to best implement their strategic tactical plans proactively provide recommendations to clients on how to improve scientific content propose new document types/ways to disseminate client date more effectively. Effectively communicate with team members authors/faculty clients vendors attend workshops/seminars/trainings hone skills contribute organizational objectives. Attend client external meetings supporting senior team members as needed apply scientific creative knowledge work closely with client directors developing ideas executing effective medical communications initiatives digital space publication extenders creation infographics interactive assets website content patient narratives medical information engagement plans. Ensure all materials follow/comply client requirements/SOPs style guides client templates client preferences update documents remaining up to date. Provide intellectual input document types contribute making cutting-edge research accessible specific audiences maintaining current awareness developments therapeutic areas disciplines supporting pitches preparation phase actual pitch. Qualifications and Prerequisites: Minimum 3 years experience relevant fields scientific writing. Possess Ph.D. Pharmacology M.D. Ph.D. Life Sciences Pharm.D. Ed.D. Clear concise scientific style writing high level attention to detail excellent language skills. Adapt writing style different materials target audiences. Basic knowledge biostatistics. Literature reviewing evaluation capabilities. Good working knowledge MS Office.
