We are not building “just another chatbot.” We are defining anew frontier of Human-Centric AI .Role Overview We are looking for aMachine Learning Researcherto join ourcore founding teamand help architect the future of AI. You will designnew frameworks and architecturesfor LBM, conduct groundbreaking research, and co-author patents and white papers that shape this emerging field. This is a chance to go beyond incremental improvements in LLMs and be part of creating thenext foundation model for the world .Key Responsibilities Research & Development : Explore, prototype, and build novel ML frameworks for behavioral modeling, personalization, and multi-modal human meta-data integration. Architecture Design : Develop next-gen foundational model architectures optimized forper-individual training, self-supervision, and longitudinal learning . Core Contributions : Work directly with the founders to design and implement theLBM pipeline(data → training → deployment → personalization). Patents & Publications : Lead/co-authorpatent filings, white papers, and academic research papersshowcasing Assessli’s innovation. Experimentation : Run large-scale experiments with behavioral, genomic, and cognitive datasets to validate hypotheses. Collaboration : Work with AI engineers, neuroscientists, and product teams to translate cutting-edge research into real-world impact.What We’re Looking For Strong background inMachine Learning/Deep Learning(PhD or Master’s with research focus in AI/ML, Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or related fields). Experience withfoundation model architectures(Transformers, Graph Neural Networks, Multi-modal models, etc.). Research or hands-on work inself-supervised learning, personalization, reinforcement learning, or meta-learning . Strong mathematical foundation (linear algebra, probability, optimization). Publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, etc.) is a big plus. Passion forgoing beyond LLMs– building AI that truly understands humans.
