Join us and together we will build the future greener and more sustainable.Role:Senior Chemist (Analytics / R&D) Education:Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, with Chemistry as a compulsory/core subject. Experience:2+ years Location:Delhi/NCR, IndiaResponsibilities: Plan the execution of assigned tasks by completing analyses correctly the first time and within analytical testing window. Perform analysis according to current effective protocol, specifications, analytical methods, and laboratory processes. Verify the trending of results in accordance with established laboratory procedures. Report results and submit documentation for data validation in a timely manner, in accordance with established laboratory procedures. Provide technical/scientific support to other lab personnel within the premises. Attend department meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives, as applicable. Compile data and collate information required for regulatory submissions or for the preparation of work instructions and standard operating procedures. Work closely with operations and process engineering teams to monitor process consistency and adjust parameters where needed. Prepare and maintain COAs (Certificates of Analysis) and technical documentation for internal and customer use. Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and lab protocols (OSHA, EPA, local guidelines). Immediately escalate issues/observations/non-conformance to supervisor as per applicable procedures/policies. Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance logs for analytical instruments. Mentor junior staff and contribute to skill development within the team.Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a chemical lab, preferably in metallurgy, battery recycling, mining, or chemical processing industries. Technical expertise related to chemistry. Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills. Familiarity with QA/QC systems, and regulatory reporting. Ability to grasp processes and lab practices to independently execute analytical tasks. Encourage and stimulate new ideas and process improvements. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with an “One Team” mindset.Why Join Us?
