Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will play a foundational role in our strategic growth by identifying and analyzing grants and funding opportunities. Your research will directly enable our efforts to secure the resources needed to protect children in the digital age. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual passionate about social impact, non-profit strategy, and child welfare who can commit to a full-time schedule.Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential funding sources, including government grants, private foundations, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs focused on digital safety, child welfare, and technology for good. Analyze grant eligibility requirements, funding priorities, application timelines, and historical funding patterns to assess alignment with our mission. Develop and maintain a structured database of prospective funders, key contacts, and application deadlines. Prepare concise summaries and reports on high-potential funding opportunities for the leadership team. Assist in gathering preliminary data and documentation required for grant proposals during standard working hours. Monitor trends and new developments in the philanthropic landscape related to our core area of work.Qualifications and Skills Required: A Master's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Public Policy, Social Work, International Development, Law, Business, or a related field is highly preferred. Exceptional research, analytical, and information synthesis skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage tasks independently within a structured workday. Proficiency in using online databases, advanced search engine queries, and standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). A genuine interest in and passion for the field of children's digital safety.
